As a 32-year veteran of the insurance business I would say the most important asset our industry has is our reputation. And our reputation relies on the quality and suitability of the financial advice customers receive from their financial advisor. This initiative from APEXA, supported by financial services companies and MGAs, gives a third-party assessment of an advisor's contracting and conduct information in one central online location. This is a very valuable tool and in my view, will only help strengthen our industry, and ultimately grow consumer confidence.
