When reviewing the physical E&O certificate issued by your provider, you may notice a bolded name at the top of the document. This is often the logo or name of the brokerage or agency that issued the coverage but is NOT the actual E&O provider. If you continue to read on, you should see a name labeled with terms like ‘insurer’ or ‘provider.’ This is the name you should search for in the drop-down menu on APEXA.
